Job Description
The Shift Supervisor is responsible for assisting the store manager in executing store operations, deploying partners, and creating a positive work environment. They must model and act in accordance with TATA Starbucks guiding principles, and provide legendary customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience of handling a team in a retail setup
- Minimum education qualification – 12th / Diploma +
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- College course in hospitality or related field is an asset.
