Shift Supervisor

As a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks India, you will assist the store manager in executing store operations, deploy partners, and create a positive learning environment to ensure operational excellence and improve partner performance. You will also deliver legendary customer service, develop positive relationships with the shift team, and maintain a calm demeanor during high volume periods.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience of handling a team in a retail setup
• Minimum education qualification – 12th / Diploma +
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
