Shift Supervisor

The Shift Supervisor position contributes to the success of Starbucks India by assisting the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts, deploying partners, and creating a positive learning environment. The incumbent is responsible for modelling and acting in accordance with TATA Starbucks guiding principles, and has a minimum of 1 year of experience handling a team in a retail setup.
