Accounting & Regulatory Reporting Specialist (Especialista Contábil - Normas e Roteiros Contábeis)

As a Regulatory Reporting Specialist at Stark Bank, you will be responsible for translating complex financial products into clear, consistent, and compliant accounting structures, working from product conception to large-scale operation. Your impact will be direct on the business's regulatory sustainability, financial information quality, and the evolution of a platform that moves billions in payments for businesses.

Requirements

• Act on the accounting routing of Stark Bank's products (PIX, payment accounts, settlement, arrangements, banking infrastructure, and new products), ensuring correct classification, recognition, and measurement of transactions.
• Develop and maintain end-to-end accounting understanding of product flows, from messaging and settlement to reflections in reason, balance sheet, and financial statements.
• Ensure adherence to Central Bank standards, COSIF, and other applicable regulations, mainly for Payment Institutions and Direct Credit Societies, supporting audits, inspections, and regulatory reports.
• Act closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams, contributing to the definition of new products, flow changes, and systemic improvements from a financial perspective.
• Prepare and review accounting opinions, technical notes, and support documentation, ensuring traceability and governance.
• Support homologation and implementation of accounting routing with the technology team and ERP accounting.
• Participate actively in the evolution of accounting processes, seeking automation, scalability, and operational risk reduction.
