Job Description
Stark Bank is a digital bank for companies in Brazil, offering a range of services including payment processing and invoicing. We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Issuing Squad, responsible for developing and maintaining card infrastructure. As a senior software engineer, you will design and scale APIs, integrate with brands and processors, and build systems for authorization, anti-fraud, and transaction reconciliation.
Requirements
- Solid experience in back-end and distributed system development
- Knowledge of asynchronous messaging practices and event-driven architecture
- Experience with financial products, especially payment means or cards
- Familiarity with rigorous SLAs, high-transaction environments, and low-latency
- DevOps principles and domain expertise in monitoring, logging, and security
- Attention to regulatory requirements (e.g. PCI-DSS) and good cryptographic practices
