Requirements
- 8+ years in business development, partnerships or a revenue focused role in Banking, Fintech or SaaS
- Significant experience selling BaaS / Banking SaaS to banks across the continent
- Experience in working with a network of executives in Banks and Credit Unions, in the serving of consumers and small businesses
- Experience working within the broader financial services ecosystem (for example payments, lending) and you must have a good grasp of the US regulatory and legislative landscape relating to the above segments
- Experience in a consultative type level of client development
- Strong understanding of the banking technology landscape including digital, core banking, banking capabilities (FinCrime, Cards, Payments), operational capabilities, data and cloud infrastructure
