Job Description
Starpath Robotics is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist/Technician to contribute to precision engineering and innovation in robotics. This is a level 1 & 2 position offering opportunities for growth and ownership. The role involves operating CNC machines, setting-up programs, interpreting drawings, and ensuring high-quality machining, with emphasis on knowledge and problem-solving. We value expertise in fast learning, and commitment to the shop.
Requirements
- Operate CNC mills (3-axis, 4th-axis rotary, 5-axis machining)
- Learn to edit and optimize programs in Haas G-code (preferred) or NX CAM
- Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T requirements
- Perform set-ups and operate CNC machines
- Maintain shop cleanliness and organization
- Mentor team members and share best practices
