Starr Insurance Companies is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Aviation Underwriter to assess and analyze aviation insurance risks, determine appropriate coverage terms, and participate in the growth and profitability of our aviation portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in insurance, business, finance, or a related field
• Minimum of years' experience in commercial insurance underwriting, preferably in aviation or specialty lines
• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
• Sound understanding of aviation insurance products, coverage forms, and the aviation industry landscape
• Proven negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
