We are seeking a results-driven Regional Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you'll build strong relationships with landlords, property managers, and real estate professionals, expanding our regional presence and driving strategic growth and long-term client retention.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers
- Solid negotiation skills and the ability to navigate complex contracts and deal structures
- Comfortable working remotely and independently, with strong time management and organizational skills
- A demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and MS Office or Google Workspace tools
- Familiarity with the needs and challenges of college housing is a significant advantage
