Project Consultant

We are seeking a Project Consultant to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive project success. The role involves managing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, providing product training, and collaborating with Project Managers on larger projects.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience contributing to customer implementations or projects in a SaaS or higher education context
• Proven ability to build trusted partner relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including experience presenting to senior audiences
• Excellent problem-solving, issue management, and analytical skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and follow-through skills
• Technologically curious, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems
