StarRez is seeking a Recruiter to join their talent acquisition team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for driving and upholding the employer brand, attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent globally. The role involves partnering with key leaders, utilizing advanced sourcing techniques, and collaborating with the People & Culture team to exceed business objectives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience recruiting top talent within a B2B SaaS environment
• Demonstrated experience hiring across multiple functions, including technical and business roles
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume requisition load while maintaining strong candidate experience and hiring quality
• Data-oriented with strong attention to detail and ability to use data to drive talent acquisition analysis and decision making
