The company is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join its team, responsible for conducting user research and usability testing, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and crafting intuitive user experiences.

Requirements

• degree in design or comparable on-the-job experience
• 3+ years of design experience
• portfolio and case studies demonstrating excellence in SaaS product design
• experience working in cross-functional product teams using agile
• experience working with or developing design systems and design documentation
• ability to define problems and frame design decisions with rationale, data, and research insights
• effective communication skills and the ability to articulate thinking to other team members
