Requirements
- Administer employee onboarding and offboarding in line with US and California labor law
- Maintain HRIS data integrity
- Coordinate benefits enrollment
- Conduct routine HR compliance audits
- Manage employee records and digital files on Rippling per legal requirements
- Post jobs, source candidates, coordinate interviews, and assist managers in compliant hiring practices
- Schedule and support orientation and new hire training
- Track recruiting metrics and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Oversee daily office operations: supplies, visitor management, facility coordination, and vendor relations
- Plan and execute office events
- Manage interaction with building management, service providers, and deliveries
- Organize all HR and Finance files
- Assist with confidential projects, executive events, and additional administrative tasks as needed
- Partner with the HR Head in developing and rolling out employee engagement initiatives and events
- Answer employee queries on policies, benefits, and HR procedures
- Help maintain a culture of inclusion, respect, and operational excellence within the team
