Job Description
Startup Insider operates the largest meta-jobboard in German-speaking startups. They are looking for a Junior Sales Manager to actively promote their jobboard and support companies in finding talent. The role involves meeting new customers, selling premium placements, introducing employer branding, and learning the Sales processes. Training, clear guidelines, and close guidance are provided.
Requirements
- First experience in B2B sales or recruiting is a plus.
- Strong sales talent and motivation to get involved.
- Structured and curious individual.
- CRM knowledge is an advantage.
- Communication and confidence.
- Ability to work independently and learn quickly.
