Job Description
Startup Insider is seeking a Sales Manager to manage and monetize their European startup job board. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, selling premium job postings, and scaling sales within the startup ecosystem. The company prioritizes strategic selling, team collaboration, and delivering value to both customers and the Startup Insider brand.
Requirements
- 3–5 years in B2B sales (e.g. HR-Tech, Media, SaaS, Recruiting or Agentorumfeld).
- Sales DNA (acquisition, phone skills, and decision-making ability).
- CRM tools (ideally HubSpot) and systematic pipeline management.
- Consulting expertise (understanding recruiting logic).
- Communication skills (fluent on the phone and able to communicate job value).
