Job Description
The company is a food tech startup providing a food supply platform, streamlining the entire food chain process, and aggregating 10,000+ food supply items for restaurants, hotels, cafes, and caterers. Improving efficiency, simplicity, and transparency throughout the process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or related roles
- Passionate and self-starter with strong analytical skill
- Demonstrated result-oriented with ability to work under pressure, fast-pace with high sense of ownership
- Experience in areas such as Lean, continuous improvement, project management, or supply chain management is preferred
- Proficiency in project management principles and methodologies, including planning, execution, and monitoring of projects
- Proficiency in data analysis, performance metrics, and process mapping
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving change initiatives
- Good command in English for business use
