Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a senior operations or operations management role
- Proven track record of leading and optimizing complex, multi-channel retail operations
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong project management and change management capabilities
- Proficient in the implementation and optimization of omnichannel operational systems, processes, and technologies
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field
