SERVER

This Server position is a first-line role at Mt. Magazine Lodge Restaurant, a state-operated lodge. Duties include greeting customers, setting up tables, taking orders, serving food, and cleaning. The position involves providing excellent dining experiences and adheres to food safety regulations. It's a part-time position with flexible hours and tips.

Requirements

• Greet guests warmly and provide knowledge-based recommendations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, address dietary needs.
• Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally.
• Understand and follow Arkansas Department of Health food safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and assist with setup/breakdown.
