Job Description
This is an independent level professional Community Health Nursing Supervisor position in the NCF program that provides nursing support at outreach/awareness and incident response events within the community. The incumbent is responsible for managing daily clinic operations, supervising staff, and ensuring quality of care and standards of practice comply with local, state, and federal requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in nursing
- Two years of professional nursing experience
- One to two years of verifiable managerial/leadership work experience in managing and supervising RN's and other staff
- Current licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse in accordance with Chapter 464 Florida Statutes or eligible to practice nursing protocols in accordance with F.A.C. 210-6.27
