As an Eligibility Specialist, you will determine the eligibility of applicants and recipients for government assistance programs, process data, and communicate with clients. The role requires strong customer service, interviewing, and computer skills, with a focus on promoting self-sufficient families and making a positive impact on lives.
Requirements
- Two years or more of customer service, interviewing, recruiting, investigating, accounting, processing insurance policies or determining eligibility.
- Ability to attend an 8 - 12-week mandatory training course.
- Ability to pass a typing test, general aptitude test, computer skills test, and personality profile test.
