Job Description
Analyze and process medical/allied health complaints, consult with federal, state, and local organizations, interpret and apply statutes, policies, and regulations. Conduct investigations, issue subpoenas, and prepare reports. Provide technical assistance and consultative services. Assist in the development of consumer education materials and evaluate and interpret laws, rules, and regulations.
Requirements
- Two (2) years of experience in data entry, case management, reviewing or auditing documents for specific criteria, applying applicable laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures, researching and gathering data, preparing reports and correspondence.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field of study (preferred)
- Valid driver's license, satisfactorily complete a background investigation, fingerprinting, and participation in direct deposit (additional requirement)
