We are looking for a Senior Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor to assist individuals with disabilities in achieving employment outcomes. The role requires assessing eligibility, developing individualized employment plans, and coordinating services.
Requirements
- Work with individuals with disabilities in advocacy and/or employment-related roles
- Assess medical, psychological, and vocational information to determine eligibility and service needs
- Develop and implement individualized employment plans
- Coordinate and negotiate services with providers and partners
- Maintain accurate client records and case documentation
- Provide technical assistance to internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and maintaining a goal-directed approach
