Job Description
This position provides operational and system support for the information technology systems requirements of the office. Assist with the design, planning, implementation, and change management of the CLEAR system, MMUR, and STS system, as assigned. Participate in status meetings for internal and external stakeholders, including management, subject matter experts, vendors, and end users. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for CLEAR, and other information technology systems as assigned. Provide end-user technical assistant to support efficient operation of the information technology systems.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of professional experience providing end-user technical assistance or troubleshooting
