The Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery is seeking a Physician Specialist, Option A to provide medical care and treatment to patients and employees of the Elizabeth Packard Mental Health Center. The position requires a valid State of Illinois Physician and Surgeon License and completion of an approved residency in Internal Medicine.
Requirements
- Valid State of Illinois Physician and Surgeon License
- Completion of an approved residency in Internal Medicine
- One year of professional experience evaluating and providing quality medical care to adult patients
- One year of professional experience evaluating, diagnosing and treating adult patients in accordance with best practices
- One year of professional experience coordinating medical services with other professional disciplines and supportive personnel
- One year of professional experience communicating effectively both verbally and in writing
- One year of professional experience preparing comprehensive and specialized medical records and reports
- One year of professional experience ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests
