PHYSICIAN SPECIALIST OPT A

The Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery is seeking a Physician Specialist Option A for the Madden Mental Health Center in Hines, Illinois. The successful candidate will serve as a non-administrative Illinois licensed Physician, practicing Internal Medicine and serving as a primary physician and clinically directing a caseload on an inpatient pavilion.

Requirements

• Requires a valid State of Illinois Physician and Surgeon License.
• Requires completion of an approved residency in Internal Medicine.
• One (1) year of professional experience evaluating and providing quality medical care to adult patients.
• Requires the possession of a valid Illinois Controlled Substance License.
• Requires the possession of a valid United States Drug Enforcement Administration Certificate of Registration.
