Requirements
- Four years of college
- Three years of progressively responsible administrative legal experience
- Illinois Law License
- Three years of litigation experience participating in contested legal cases
- Thorough knowledge of common Federal and State Laws
- Extensive knowledge of judicial and quasi judicial and administrative procedures
- Working knowledge of principles of management
