The Division of Behavioral Health & Recovery is seeking a Substance Use Fiscal Services Administrator to oversee contract support, development, analysis, management, and processing, as well as fiscal reporting, auditing, and grant accountability and transparency.
Requirements
- Knowledge of business, fiscal, or accounting
- Four years of progressively responsible fiscal or accounting experience in a public or business organization
- Five years of professional experience in fiscal or budget management for a mental health, substance use or other human services public or private organization
- Five years of professional experience working with accounting systems, such as Systems, Application, and Products (SAP)
- Five years of professional supervisory experience in managing personnel, assigning work, providing guidance to subordinates, recommending and/or implementing counseling and/or discipline activities and training staff
- Five years of professional experience developing, interpreting and ensuring implementation of policies and procedures for a public or private organization
- Five years of professional experience writing complex financial and/or budget reports
- Five years of professional experience utilizing the principles of accounting and laws, rules and regulations relating to accounting systems and procedures, and federal regulations
