Job Description
The main purpose of this position is to coordinate, review, evaluate, monitor and access the allocation and utilization of resources for individuals with intellectual disabilities in the Central Maryland Region. This position will ensure that all services are implemented equitably and appropriately to eligible individuals.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate
- Two years of professional experience in assisting in the coordination of a health-related program(s) or referring people to governmental and private resources
- Knowledge of Medicaid waiver regulations, and expertise in Person-Centered Planning
