COORDINATOR SPECIAL PROGRAMS HEALTH SERVICES IV, DD

This position is responsible for administrative responsibilities and consumer enrollment actions related to the Developmental Disabilities Administration's (DDA) home and community-based service waiver(s).

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate.
• Three years of professional experience in assisting in the coordination of a health-related program(s) or referring people to governmental and private resources.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and computer skills (e.g., spreadsheets).
• Experience with Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) programs, Medicaid waiver applications, and person-centered planning processes.
• Knowledge of COMAR regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing, social work, psychology, or education.
