Job Description
The Montana State Library seeks a Human Resources Generalist to coordinate and deliver human resource services, including strategic staffing plans, compensation, training, and development, budget, and employee/labor relations.
Requirements
- Education and experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, public administration, or a related field
- Five years of progressively responsible human resource management experience
- Human Resources Professional Certification through HRCI or SHRM is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Empathetic management style
- Strong problem-solving skills
