The Department of Natural Resources & Conservation (DNRC) is seeking a motivated Human Resource Generalist to provide a full range of human resource services, including recruitment and selection, employee and labor relations, FMLA/ADA administration, onboarding, training, classification and compensation, and EEO/Civil Rights compliance. As a member of the human resources team, you will work collaboratively to achieve collective agency human resource goals.
Requirements
- An HR professional who can engage with agency management, employees, and human resource team members in a collaborative, solution-oriented manner.
- A strong communicator, build effective working relationships, handle sensitive information with discretion, and manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced public-sector environment.
- A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Committed to continuous improvement and employee experience through the identification of service or efficiency gaps.
- Have an exceptional eye for attention to detail and organization skills.
- A strong written communicator with the ability to write clearly and concisely.
