Registered Nurse Lead

This position is responsible for providing assistance and support to clients in maintaining a therapeutic environment and supervising assigned staff and patient services.

Requirements

• Ability to analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solutions to solve problems.
• Knowledge of nursing, medications, rehabilitation, treatment planning and techniques for psychiatric illnesses.
• Ability to use critical thinking and sound judgement in emergent hospital setting situations.
• Skilled in personnel management and supervision
