Job Description
Registered Nurse Leads provide assistance and support to clients in maintaining a therapeutic environment and supervise staff and patient services at the Montana State Hospital.
Requirements
- Ability to analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solutions to solve problems.
- Knowledge of nursing, medications, rehabilitation, treatment planning and techniques for psychiatric illnesses.
- Ability to use critical thinking and sound judgement in emergent hospital setting situations.
- Skilled in personnel management and supervision
