Job Description
As an ITSM Administrator I with OMES, you will implement and maintain IT Service Management processes and tools to ensure high-quality IT services delivery. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design efficient workflows.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience navigating an ITSM platform
- 1-2 years of experience in a Help Desk, Service Desk, or IT support environment
- Solid understanding of ticketing lifecycles
