Pharmacist IV

Positions in this job family are assigned responsibilities involving professional work in the operation of a pharmacy at a state institution or facility.

Requirements

• Valid license to practice pharmacy in the State of Oklahoma
• Four years of experience as a pharmacist
• PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences
• Master’s degree in Pharmacy Administration
• Ability to review and interpret prescriptions
• Prepare medications according to physician requirements
• Analyze the effects of various combinations of drugs
• Establish effective working relationships with others
• Communicate effectively
