Courtroom Clerk

The Oregon Judicial Department is hiring a Courtroom Clerk to join the Court Support Unit in the Jackson County Circuit Court in Medford, Oregon. The role involves creating digital recordings of court proceedings, operating multimedia equipment, and performing administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and customer service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least three (3) years of responsible experience in a moderately complex office or business setting involving the processing of financial, administrative, or legal documents
• Experience performing clerical or administrative support tasks, including data entry, customer service, and document review
• Experience utilizing various software applications, including data entry, research case information, and scheduling events in electronic calendars
