Deputy Marshal

The Oregon Judicial Department is seeking a Deputy Marshal to join their team in Salem, Oregon. As a Deputy Marshal, you will work with individual circuit courts and the Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, Tax Court, OSCA, and Security and Emergency Preparedness Advisory Committee (SEPAC) to provide protective services to judges, OJD personnel, and the public.

Requirements

• Basic police certification from the State of Oregon Department of Public Safety Standards and Training (DPSST)
• Ability to obtain DPSST Advanced Certification within 24 months of hire
• CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications
• Class C Oregon driver’s license with an acceptable driving history
• Meet and maintain all use of force training requirements
