Oregon Youth Authority is seeking a Group Life Coordinator 2 (GLC2) to join their team at MacLaren Youth Correctional Facility. The GLC2 will provide continuous interactive supervision of youth and ensure a secure environment, overseeing daily activities, building rapport, and addressing behavior. The ideal candidate will have experience observing, evaluating, and developing human behavior and performance, and possess a high school diploma, GED certificate, or equivalent. The role requires working in a 24-hour, 7-day a week operation with night shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required. The GLC2 will be responsible for coaching, confronting, and correcting youth behavior, as well as administering medication and maintaining contact with medical staff.
