Requirements
- Manage ad-hoc reporting and analysis need
- Establish collaborative relationship with internal clients
- Provide consultation, analyses, data interpretation, and presentation
- Design and develop metrics, intuitive reports/ dashboards, and effective visual aids
- Document/ update reporting processes
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and resources
- Build and maintain HR Data Governance Structure and Dictionary for HR
- Create connection with HR analyst community
- Insights development and storytelling β turn quantitative data into qualitative insights and analysis for leadership level consumption
