Job Description
The position is responsible for providing end-to-end support to investment company clients for timely completion of financial statements and associated reporting. The selected candidate will work in shifts allowing reasonable overlap with US, APAC, and EMEA hours and be responsible for leading a team, providing coaching and development opportunities, and making recommendations to hire, discipline, control work, determine promotions, and terminate employment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Economics with a specialization in Business, Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience
- CA / CPA / ACCA or similar professional qualifications preferred
- Knowledge of US GAAP/ IFRS etc.
- 10+ years to 12+ years of experience in related Mutual Fund/Hedge fund Financial Reporting /accounting or finance field
- Strong technology skills, problem solving and analytical skills, leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
