Financial Reporting, Officer

The Financial Reporting Officer role within Global Delivery is responsible for planning, scheduling and managing the financial reporting workflow of one or more client relationships. The role involves interaction with various units locally and overseas and requires excellent interpersonal, communication and people management skills. The position involves accuracy, timeliness and delivery of client service with a focus on quality controls, documentation and process improvements.

Requirements

• Post Graduates (CA/CPA/CFA qualified) preferably or Bachelor degree with Big 4 or mid-tier accounting firm relevant experience
• At least 7+ years of experience in a financial reporting or financial services environment. 2-3 years supervisory experience is required.
• Solid experience in statutory reporting and applications of accounting standards in accordance with IFRS and GAAP
• Good leadership, negotiation and analytical skills, proven track record of efficiency creation, staff development and people management skills
