Front-Office Trading / Buyside Post Production Technical Support Specialist is responsible for supporting customer post-go-live of the Charles River Investment Management Solution (CRIMS) product, defining new client requirements, configuring and tuning the application to the client’s business and technical needs, testing technical workflows and resolving issues.
