Job Description
The Technical Support Specialist will provide technical support for the Charles River Investment Management Solution (CRIMS) product. They will configure and tune the application, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with other teams. The ideal candidate has at least 3-5 years of experience in the financial industry, hands-on experience with XML messaging, ETL tool usage, Java and/or C# programming, and database administration tasks.
