Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to support customer post-go-live of the Charles River Investment Management Solution product. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience gained in the financial industry working for a consultancy or software vendor.
Requirements
- Java and C# programming
- Lead and manage multiple technical initiatives
- Participate in functional and technical requirements gathering and review
- Create, test, and correct inbound and outbound interfaces
- Collaborate with team members including business analysts, project managers, and customer staff
- Serve as a technical expert in implementation or supporting projects
