Job Description
The Post Production Support Specialist (PPSS) supports customers post go-live of the Charles River Investment Management Solution (CRIMS) implementation. They will define new client requirements, configure and tune the application, train users, test workflows, and resolve issues. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience gained in the financial industry working for a consultancy or software vendor.
Requirements
- Strong industry knowledge across multiple asset classes
- Experience leading the implementation or support of Front, Middle or Back Office Investment Management systems
- Strong industry knowledge across multiple asset classes
- Strong problem solving/analytical skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to influence key decision makers both internally and externally
- Strong time management skills including the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
