Payroll Senior Manager responsible for payroll compliance, efficient administration, and automation of payroll processes. Handles statutory payments, remittances, and filing requirements. Co-ordinates with vendors and government bodies. Manages ESOP perquisite calculation, tax process, and employee confidence. Handles internal and external audits, payroll GL account reconciliations, and payroll information.

Requirements

• 12-15 years of experience in a similar role
