Job Description
The Regulatory Compliance Advisory, AVP role is responsible for overseeing and managing the Compliance Risk Management Program for State Street India, interacting with regional and global Compliance stakeholders, and monitoring changes in the external environment that may impact Compliance Risk.
Requirements
- 12-15 years' overall experience in managing senior global and local stakeholders across levels
- Professional qualification (CA/CFA) or Law degree or Degree in Management or equivalent from reputed school
- Prior experience in managing a Compliance Oversight program or its equivalent in a large complex organization in the financial services sector
- Prior experience in identifying regulatory risks, evaluating the design and testing the operating effectiveness of those controls which address regulatory risks
- Knowledge of global AML Compliance requirements, Privacy regulations (GDPR), DPDPA and FCPA/UK Bribery Act
