Cook responsibilities include controlling food usage, preparing and cooking orders, maintaining sanitation and cleanliness standards, and promoting teamwork. Qualifications include at least one year of experience in a fast-paced kitchen line, culinary certified training preferred, and basic knowledge of cooking and presentation.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a fast-paced kitchen line
• Culinary certified training preferred
• Basic knowledge of cooking and presentation
• Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card
• Ability to carry or lift items weighing up to 75 pounds
• Ability to stand up and move about the kitchen in a safe and efficient manner
• Ability to handle food, objects, products, and utensils
• Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel
