Supervise and schedule security activities, assign work to security officers, and train and evaluate their performance.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members, and Management.
- Preferred four (4) years' experience in casino security or the law enforcement field.
- Preferred one (1) year experience in a supervisory position.
- Demonstrate the ability to plan, organize work and train Security Officers in the performance of their duties.
- Demonstrate and understand management's goals and objectives.
- Advanced computer skills and working knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Must be able to carry a firearm and have the appropriate firearm registered with local law enforcement agency.
