Revenue Operations Specialist - Customer Success

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in RevOps, CS Ops, or Revenue Operations with exposure to post-sales processes
• Strong CRM expertise (Hubspot strongly preferred)
• Solid understanding of pipeline management, forecasting, and expansion mechanics
• Experience building or improving health scoring or performance tracking frameworks
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into operational decisions
• Comfortable navigating stakeholder discussions and offering structured recommendations when needed
• Highly organized, proactive, and ownership-driven
• Strong English skills to collaborate with international teams
